Overview

We are looking for someone who is responsible, reliable, service-oriented and likes to have fun while they work. At Wolverine Worldwide, our Sales Associates are called upon to provide customers with superior service and to create an atmosphere within the store conducive to a pleasant shopping environment.

Responsibilities
  • Engage customers by being fully knowledgeable about store products and policies.
  • Operate the point of sale register and accurately record transactions, handling cash, credit, and other forms of payment.
  • Detect theft and other security risks.
  • Handle inventory such as merchandise and displays by moving boxes and items up to 40 lbs and climbing ladders.
  • Create amazing experiences for our customers.
  • Achieve sales goals and performance metrics.
  • Follow best in class operational & presentation standards.
  • Work together as a team.
  • Perform duties consistent with the Company’s AAP/EEO goals and policies.
  • Perform other duties as required or assigned by manager.
Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated personal success in work, school, sports, etc.
  • Flexible schedule and availability to work weekends and holidays.
  • Retail sales experience a plus.
  • Passion for our brands and brand lifestyles.
Working Conditions

Retail environment. Physical job demands include moving boxes and items up to 40 lbs and climbing ladders.

Compensation

Salary Minimum $12.20 Salary Maximum $16.01
