Summary
The Operations Associate supports daily outlet store operations, ensuring merchandise is received, processed, and presented to brand standards. This role works closely with sales and management to maintain inventory accuracy, store readiness, and a seamless customer experience.
Responsibilities- Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments and returns.
- Stock and replenish the sales floor to maintain visual and presentation standards.
- Organize and maintain the backroom for inventory accuracy and efficient product flow.
- Support merchandising setup, signage, and seasonal resets as directed by management.
- Assist with inventory counts, loss prevention, and maintaining a safe work environment.
- 2+ years retail or stockroom operations experience preferred.
- Ability to lift and move merchandise up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and inventory accuracy.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with sales and management.
