Supervisor
As a passionate, fun and dedicated Floor Supervisor, you are an important part of the store leadership team, ensuring the highest level of customer engagement through sales results and supervising the store team. You foster a positive and inclusive work environment and provide daily sales‑related feedback and coaching to associate performance.
Responsibilities- Assist in strategically maximizing store sales, achieving sales goals, and monitoring progress against key targets.
- Help foster a consumer‑centric mindset and model effective selling behaviors through genuine interactions with customers.
- Provide direct feedback, coaching and supervision to associates and manage the in‑store experience.
- Coach and lead a team to exceed sales results.
- Ensure that the store team engages each customer to create an authentic brand experience and supports visual merchandising standards.
- Adhere to policies, procedures, standards and practices that align with company directives.
- Foster a great customer experience in all situations, leading by example.
- Ability to coach and motivate a team to excel at sales and profit results, meeting business goals.
- Flexible schedule availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- 1+ year of retail experience preferred but not required.
- Proven written and verbal communication skills.
- Solution‑oriented mindset with flexibility in a fast‑paced environment.
- Formal education is nice to have; experience and professional achievements are the primary focus.
Hiring Range: $20.00 – $29.63 per hour
Position is eligible for additional compensation awards, including an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential.
