Joseph Ribkoff is seeking a style-driven Full-time Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service while supporting sales, merchandising, and daily store operations. This role is ideal for a fashion-focused professional who thrives in a retail environment and enjoys building lasting client relationships.

• Provide warm, personalized customer service and professional styling advice
• Drive sales through strong product knowledge and understanding client needs
• Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive, supportive work environment
• Build and maintain client relationships to encourage repeat business
• Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation standards
• Accurately process transactions using the POS system
• Assist with inventory, receiving, replenishment, and general store upkeep
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and loss prevention standards

• Previous experience in luxury or fashion retail sales preferred
• Friendly, approachable, and confident with a polished professional presence
• Persuasive, sales-minded, and customer-focused
• Willingness to learn and grow within the brand
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Sales-driven, passion for fashion
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs
