Sales Associate – Wolverine Worldwide

We are looking for a responsible, reliable, service‑oriented individual who enjoys a fun work environment. The Sales Associate provides customers with superior service and creates an inviting shopping atmosphere.

• Engage customers by being fully knowledgeable of store products and policies and present themselves and the store to create exceptional experiences.
• Operate point‑of‑sale register and accurately record transactions while handling cash, credit, and other payment methods.
• Detect theft and other security risks and respond appropriately.
• Handle inventory, merchandise, and displays, moving items up to 40 lb and climbing ladders as needed.
• Achieve sales goals and performance metrics.
• Follow best‑in‑class operational and presentation standards.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a cohesive store environment.
• Perform duties consistent with the Company’s AAP/EEO goals and policies.
• Perform additional duties as directed by management.

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated personal success in work, school, sports, or other activities.
• Flexible schedule with availability to work weekends and holidays.
• Retail sales experience is a plus.
• Passion for our brands and brand lifestyles.

Retail environment.

Salary: $8.00 – $10.50 per hour.
