The Sales Associate provides an elevated customer experience on the sales floor, builds and maintains client relationships, and supports store operations at the Wrentham Village Premium Outlet location. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, maintaining product knowledge of shoes and accessories, and representing the brand in the community. The position may include key-holder responsibilities and cash handling.
Responsibilities- Deliver an elevated customer experience during and after the sale
- Cultivate and maintain excellent clientele relationships
- Partner with management to achieve sales targets
- Maintain strong product knowledge and brand terminology
- Ensure visual standards are maintained at all times
- Perform key-holder duties including store opening/closing and cash handling
- 2+ years of luxury retail experience with established clientele
- Self-starter with the ability to drive results
- Strong customer service and selling skills with passion for client engagement
- Curious, motivated, and technologically savvy
