Job Overview

Fabletics is currently looking for a Part‑Time Sales Lead for our new location at Wrentham Village Premium Outlets in Wrentham, MA. The role is focused on delivering an exceptional, best‑in‑class customer experience while supporting the Store Manager and sales operations. The Sales Lead will leverage technology to create a seamless shopping journey between online and retail stores and collaborate with a passionate team of associates to exceed KPIs and drive business growth.

• Actively engage customers and provide knowledge on the fabrics, features, fit, and function of our products.
• Drive customer engagement inside and outside of the store environment, including store events, promotions, and community projects.
• Provide training and immediate feedback around the Customer Experience Playbook and other performance expectations.
• Work in coordination with the Store Manager to inspire associates to meet or exceed individual and team performance goals.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to improve overall customer experience.
• Maintain store merchandising guidelines to create an easy, value‑added shopping journey for customers.
• Participate in continuous improvement by providing and incorporating feedback to the Store Manager.
• Strive for excellence by meeting and exceeding store objectives related to performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality standards.
• Serve as a resource for product knowledge to all customers and team members.
• Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals.
• Maintain safety and security standards and communicate potential issues.
• Unpack inventory boxes as required (boxes weighing 10–30 lbs).

• At least 1 year of retail work experience; prior retail management experience is a plus.
• Knowledge and familiarity with active lifestyle choices such as yoga, cycling/spin, Pilates, weight training, running, nutrition, and other healthy activities.
• Strong social interaction skills with customers, employees, and business partners inside and outside the store.
• Ability to work with large teams and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• High degree of comfort dealing with ambiguity and the ability to take initiative.
• Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems.
• Self‑motivated, good communicator, and ability to bring out the best in others.
• Excellent multitasking, prioritization, and ability to work well under pressure.
• Flexible schedule – open to evenings, weekends, and national holidays.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

The position involves constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, and standing for at least two consecutive hours. It may occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders.

• Hourly pay between $18.50 and $20.00 depending on experience.
