This role is tailor-made for you if you are passionate about delivering a transformational client experience, building our brand one customer at a time, and driving business through sales. You demonstrate a strong commitment to service, a genuine curiosity about people, authenticity, fashion and style sensibility, and exceptional selling skills. You’re also resourceful, collaborative and committed to loss prevention. A sense of humor is a plus.

The typical day is atypical. You might build and maintain new and existing customer relationships to drive the business and meet personal sales goals, create the customer experience through your selling skills and extensive product knowledge, and communicate the Tory Burch brand philosophy and lifestyle to customers while ensuring all sales and operational policies and procedures are followed and maintained.

You will work with an amazing team of professionals who share your passion for excellence and create memorable experiences for every customer. You will help grow our business every day and be encouraged to think like an entrepreneur, experiment with innovative ideas, and deliver retail excellence.

• One-to-three years’ experience in a high volume, customer-driven retail environment
• Strong personal selling and customer relations experience, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Open availability for a flexible work schedule, including overnights, evenings, holidays and weekend shifts
• Ability to lift at least 40 lbs, carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb ladders, crawl, reach, bend and stand for extended periods of time
