Retail Sales Lead - Fabletics; Wrentham Village Outlets - Wrentham, MA

Job Summary

Fabletics is looking for a Full‑Time Sales Lead for our new retail store at Wrentham Village Premium Outlets in Wrentham, MA. The role involves leading sales and support functions to deliver an exceptional customer experience and support both Sales & Operations. The Sales Lead will collaborate with the Store Manager, supervisors, and associates to meet bold targets and contribute to business growth.

This position reports to the Store Manager.

• Embody the company culture and values, providing insights to customers on how to live their passion.
• Actively engage customers by sharing knowledge of product fabrics, features, fit, and function.
• Drive customer engagement inside and outside of the store, including events, promotions, and community projects.
• Provide training and immediate feedback to associates on the Customer Experience Playbook and performance expectations.
• Co‑operate with the Store Manager to inspire associates to meet or exceed individual and team performance goals.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to improve overall customer experience.
• Maintain store‑merchandising guidelines that enhance the shopping journey and add value to purchases.
• Participate in continuous improvement by providing and receiving feedback to the Store Manager.
• Strive for excellence by meeting or exceeding store objectives related to performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality standards.
• Serve as a resource for general product knowledge for customers and team members.
• Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals.
• Maintain all safety and security standards, identify and communicate potential issues.
• Unpack inventory boxes (10–30 lbs.) as required.

• Minimum 1 year of retail work experience.
• Prior retail management experience considered a plus.
• Knowledge of active lifestyle choices such as yoga, cycling, Pilates, weight training, running, nutrition, and other healthy activities.
• Strong social interaction skills with customers, employees, and business partners.
• Ability to work with large teams and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• High comfort dealing with ambiguity and taking initiative.
• Familiarity with retail inventory and P.O.S. systems.
• Self‑motivated communicator who can motivate others.
• Ability to multi‑task, set priorities, and work well under pressure.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and national holidays. Position involves frequent standing, moving, and physical tasks.
• Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
