Your Role

You are a part-time stock brand ambassador focused on moving product from the stockroom to the sales floor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising. You value AEO Brand Standards, have an eye for merchandising, and pay close attention to detail. While the stockroom is your base, you can flex to support the team and guests on the salesfloor as needed.

Your Responsibilities

• You're a go-getter with a passion for brand standards, ensuring product moves through timely shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising.
• The stockroom is your home base and you own it by keeping merchandise, visual props, marketing, and fixtures organized to run efficiently.
• You are innovative and will inform store leadership of merchandising opportunities, create a plan, and take action to improve it.
• You value teamwork and are prepared to assist fellow team members with non-stock tasks or help guests when needed.
• Integrity is important: safety standards are a priority in both the stockroom and salesfloor. You follow Asset Protection standards and AEO policies and procedures.
