Full‑Time Sales Supervisor.

The Sales Supervisor works closely with the store manager to learn all aspects of store management. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets, maintaining Oakley’s visual presentation standards, and maximizing profits while controlling expenses and protecting company assets. The Supervisor collaborates with the store manager to provide coaching, guidance, and development to the store team to meet revenue, profit, and customer‑service objectives.

• Achieve high performance and sales results.
• Assist the store manager in training and managing all employees to maximize sales.
• Assign employees to specific tasks and assist with scheduling work hours following the payroll matrix.
• Ensure compliance with company communications by overseeing the preparation of merchandise, displays, and presentations.
• Coordinate the restocking of merchandise and the flow of goods from the warehouse to the floor.
• Oversee compliance of all staff with company policies, procedures, and established standards.
• Perform all other tasks assigned by the store manager as needed.

• At least two years of retail experience in a specialized environment.
• At least one year of retail management experience.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and to open/close the store.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and relationship‑building ability.
• Ability to train staff, ensure their professional development, and leverage staff skills.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and move around the floor or warehouse.
• Ability to maneuver merchandise and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Physical activities include repetitive movements such as bending, kneeling, twisting, stretching, squatting, pushing, pulling, lifting, climbing, carrying, walking, reaching, and/or frequently using a stepladder.
• Bi‑lingual proficiency.

Pay Range: $18.63 – $28.82 per hour. Employees may also receive a competitive bonus and/or commission plan, complementing a first‑class total rewards package that may include health care, retirement savings, paid time off/vacation, and various employee discounts.
