THIS ROLE IS FOR YOU IF:- You have 5+ years of high‑ticket, in‑home residential sales experience (preferably fencing)
- You consistently control the sale — discovery, presentation, objection handling, close
- You are comfortable closing $10k–$30k+ projects without discounting
- You manage your pipeline like a professional, not a hobbyist
- You hold yourself accountable without needing oversight
- You want to build something long‑term, not bounce seat to seat
- New or developing salespeople
- Order‑takers or price‑presenters
- “Just give me more leads” mentalities
- Anyone who blames market conditions, pricing, or operations
