Pantzer’s The Point at Wrentham is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform on-site property maintenance at 50 Ledgeview Way, Wrentham, MA. The position offers a $24–$27 hourly salary and a Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–4:30 pm schedule with on-call rotation every three weeks.
Responsibilities include preventive and reactive maintenance across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances and turnover tasks, coordinating with management and vendors, and ensuring safety standards.
