Westaff is looking for a Dispatcher Coordinator in the Wrentham, MA area for Immediate Start!
Location:
Wrentham, MA
Shift: Monday-Friday Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM
Training Period:Must be available to train on the afternoon shift (2:30 PM to 9:00 PM) for approximately one week
Pay Rate: $18/hour
This position plays a key role in coordinating shipments, communicating with drivers and customers, and ensuring daily operations run efficiently.
Responsibilities- Coordinate and dispatch daily shipments and deliveries
- Communicating with drivers, warehouse personnel, and customers
- Monitor shipment status and resolve scheduling issues
- Enter and update shipment information in company systems
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Respond to emails and phone inquiries in a professional manner
- Support daily warehouse and transportation operations
- Previous dispatch, logistics, transportation, or warehouse experience preferred
- Strong computer skills required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
