Regional/Area Nursery Practitioner
Busy Bees is seeking a Regional Nursery Practitioner to provide support across 5 of our beautiful centres in the East London and South Essex area. With 24 to 30 hours per week across 3 days, this flexible role is ideal for experienced practitioners, students with regular availability, or anyone looking to add consistent hours to their week.
You don’t need to be qualified to apply – we welcome applicants with no qualifications, as well as those with a Level 2 or Level 3 in Childcare.
The role does require you to have a valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle, as you will be providing support across our East London & South Essex area consisting of 5 centres, travel expenses will be paid.
Competitive hourly rates range from £12.30 to £12.77, depending on your qualifications, and travel costs are fully reimbursed. You'll gain valuable experience across a variety of settings while being part of a friendly and supportive team.

Whatto Expect as a Part Time Nursery Practitioner:
- Support the delivery of educational activities and engage with children to foster development.
- Assist in maintaining a safe and stimulating learning environment.
- Promote inclusivity and diversity in your care for all children.
- Work with a dedicated team to provide the best learning experiences.
- Available to work a between 24 – 30 hours across 3 days.
- Ideally you will have proven experience in working with children under 5 and have a genuine desire in giving them the best start in life.
- Empathy and understanding – every child is unique.
- Good communication and team‑working skills.
- Valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
