You will lead shifts, mentor staff, and ensure the highest standards of care for children and young people up to 18 years old. A full UK driving license and Level 3 in Children and Young People are essential.
You will help young people build confidence, independence and life skills, supporting education attendance and community activities, while promoting wellbeing and resilience.
