Overview
Maintenance Handyperson/Carpenter based in a hospital in North London. You will have a Level 2 in carpentry as well as maintenance experience.
Responsibilities- PPM and reactive maintenance including repairing flooring, repairing worktops, window repairs, door adjustments, changing locks, door closures and general fabric works.
- Level 2 in carpentry
- Maintenance experience
Rate is 15.00 plus 2.07 holiday pay. This will start as a temp position but there is an opportunity for a permanent position.
