We're looking for an organised, proactive and highly professional administrator to join Prospect Hospice, supporting the governance, quality improvement and patient safety work that underpins exceptional hospice care. Hours:

15 hours per week (across 3 or 4 days Monday-Friday) About the role Working closely with our Quality Improvement Lead and the wider patient services leadership team, you'll help coordinate the governance, quality improvement and patient safety activities that support outstanding hospice care. No two days are the same. One day you could be preparing papers for a clinical governance meeting, the next supporting quality improvement projects, collating audits results and helping produce reports that influence how we continue to improve patient care.

You'll provide administrative support for a range of important work streams including:
Clinical Governance and Quality Improvement Patient Safety Incident Response Framework (PSIRF) Infection Prevention and Control Medicines Management Audit and quality reporting CQC improvement planning Policy management and document control Your work will help ensure our governance processes run smoothly and that our clinical teams have the information and support they need to deliver the very best care. About you You'll be an experienced administrator who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys working with detail, coordinating multiple priorities and supporting senior colleagues to deliver high-quality work.

You'll have:
Experience supporting senior managers or leadership teams. Excellent organisational skills and outstanding attention to detail. Experience preparing agendas, taking accurate minutes and tracking actions. Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams. The confidence to work independently while building positive relationships across multidisciplinary teams. Excellent written communication skills and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Experience with in healthcare, governance, quality improvement or the charity sector would be an advantage but isn't essential. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator looking to develop specialist knowledge in clinical governance, quality improvement and patient safety within a healthcare environment.
