We are looking for a Test Lab Engineer to join our Performance Materials team in Wyandotte.

• Performing static and dynamic testing of Cellasto parts and components using complex mechanical test equipment.
• Maintaining lab systems such as calibration and preventative maintenance compliant with automotive customer expectations.
• Identifying and resolving test equipment performance issues and breakdowns.
• Ensuring that diverse customer requirements are met on time within the resource constraints of the lab.

• Have a degree in Engineering or an engineering background with lab skills.
• Possess strong communication, planning, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
• Are able to collaborate with others as part of a team.
