Position: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

A rewarding opportunity awaits a Locum Tenens Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join the anesthesiology team in a hospital-based setting. This role offers the chance to provide anesthesia care for adult and geriatric surgical patients in a Level III trauma environment. With varied shifts across a dedicated workweek, this position provides a collaborative and supervised model in Wyandotte, Michigan.

Job Responsibilities
  • Administer anesthesia for general surgical cases involving adult and geriatric patients in a Level III trauma setting
  • Work within a supervised CRNA model alongside a team of RNs and surgical techs
Qualifications
  • Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
  • Active Michigan RN License
  • BLS and ACLS Certification
  • Preferred: AANA membership and experience with Epic EMR
  • Clean malpractice/license history
  • Willingness to work varied shifts
  • Submission of the most recent NPDB Self Query Report within 30 days of application
Working Hours
  • 40 hours per week
  • Varied shifts (8, 10, or 12 hours) with no on-call required
Skills
  • Proficiency in anesthesia administration and monitoring
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to work under supervision
  • Knowledgeable in using EMR systems, particularly Epic
