Henry Ford Wyandotte Hospital is seeking a Nurse Assistant to support patient comfort, safety, and well-being on a 38-bed rehab unit. You will work under an RN to assist with routine tasks, measurements, and basic care, while contributing to a positive patient experience.
The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and completion of a Nurse Assistant program or enrollment in a nursing program, with various eligible pathways. BLS certification is provided during orientation.
