As a Registered Nurse at Henry Ford Wyandotte Hospital, you’ll lead the coordination and delivery of compassionate, quality patient care. You’ll utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, ensuring patients and families receive the support they need. Your role is vital in fostering collaboration among the healthcare team and driving solutions to meet patient goals.

What You Will Do- Provide leadership in coordinating and delivering compassionate patient care.
- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Delegate, supervise, and document care and teaching for patients and families.
- Communicate pertinent patient/family information to the healthcare team.
- Participate in finding and implementing solutions for variances from patient goals.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
- Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing.
- Clinical knowledge and analytical abilities to formulate effective nursing care plans.
- Ability to perform a wide variety of professional nursing services.
- Effective communication skills with patients, families, and hospital personnel.
- BSN preferred.
