Role Overview

As a Registered Nurse at Henry Ford Wyandotte Hospital, you
¿ ll lead the coordination and delivery of compassionate, quality patient care. Using the nursing process, you
¿ ll assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for patients and their families. Your role is critical in ensuring effective communication with the healthcare team and finding solutions to meet patient goals, making a direct impact on patient outcomes and experiences.

What You Will Do
  • Lead the coordination and delivery of compassionate, quality patient care.
  • Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
  • Delegate, supervise, and document care and teaching for patients and families.
  • Communicate pertinent patient/family information to the healthcare team.
  • Participate in finding and implementing solutions for variances from patient goals.

Required Qualifications
  • Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
  • Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing.
