Compensation
Base Salary: $28,500 (non‑exempt, eligible for overtime)
Average Earnings: $75,000 – $100,000 (base plus commissions)
Commission Structure: Unlimited leads at no cost; tiered commissions for the first 12 months
Sign‑On Bonus: $5,000 (distributed $2,500 after 30 days and $2,500 after 90 days)

The Auto Club Group is seeking a Field Life Agent who will customarily and regularly be engaged in outside sales activities away from their assigned AAA branch. The role focuses on driving new business with competitive products and retaining ACG’s 14+ million members.
Responsibilities- Solicit and sell Life & Health insurance and Annuity products under minimal supervision primarily within the ACG branch location.
- Apply thorough knowledge of product features and marketing‑sales techniques to achieve established sales goals.
- Develop leads and prospects for new accounts through outbound/inbound calls, mailings, referrals, networking, website, seminars, etc.
- Prepare proposals and close sales of Life, Health, Annuity, Membership, and Financial Services products.
- Complete applications, forms and follow internal processing procedures to ensure transactions comply with company policies and practices.
- Collaborate with the branch to achieve business goals, maximize leads, sales opportunities and cross‑sell opportunities.
- Assist Underwriting and Brokerage Departments in meeting requirements.
- Respond to customer inquiries and problems, ensuring sound sales practices.
- Prepare reports documenting prospecting and sales activities, maintain specified production standards and persistence levels.
- Serve members by making satisfaction our highest priority.
- Operate in an open, honest and ethical work environment.

- Possess a valid state life sales license.
- Can complete LUTC or CLU coursework.
- Maintain required Life and Health licenses.
- Hold a valid state driver’s license.
- Qualify for and maintain all applicable state licenses and appointments required for selling/servicing ACG membership products.
High School diploma or equivalent.
Work Experience- Minimum 2 years experience successfully soliciting and selling life insurance products.
- Experience selling intangible products.
- Strong knowledge of Life Insurance and Annuity products and services.
- Excellent listening, analysis, and recommendation skills to meet customer needs.
- Clear communication of complex information.
- Ability to prepare proposals and conduct closing interviews.
- Assessment and reflection of customer insurance requirements per company standards.
- Mathematical calculation skills for premiums and product values.
- Relationship building and maintenance with customers.
- Proactive prospecting and development of new sales opportunities.
- Collaboration with team members to attain business goals.
- Strong communication with branch partners and management.
- Understanding of tax & legal impacts of products on members.
