Job Skills / Requirements
We are looking for an Apartment Maintenance Tech. MUST HAVE MAINTENANCE EXPERIENCE. We are looking for a jack of all trades who has experience with light plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry.
As a Stathakis Maintenance Tech, you are required to do the following:
* Perform light plumbing, electrical repair, and carpentry work as requested. Such as installing garbage disposals, toilets, changing door locks, light fixtures and ballast, painting etc.
* Keeps inventory of all repairs and other building maintenance related items.
* Conduct safety checks and equipment testing on all equipment at facilities.
* MUST have own basic tools
* Hours are Mon-Fri from 8:00 am - 4:30pm
* Pay is $20.00 per hour
