Description:
Supervisor of Buildings and Grounds
We are seeking a hands-on supervisor who will actively participate in daily operations while providing leadership, guidance, and support to maintenance staff. The ideal candidate will possess strong trade skills. Experience in building automation systems a plus. CEFM certificate is preferred. Black Seal license is required. The salary range for this position is $115,000 to $125,000, commensurate with experience.
