RWE Americas, LLC is seeking a Solar Farm Technician I to safely install, operate, maintain, and repair solar PV systems and inverters. You will diagnose issues, manage preventive maintenance, and support continuous power generation while adhering to safety and regulatory standards.
You’ll lead field activities, coordinate with engineers and vendors, and mentor junior team members. Flexibility for travel and outdoor work is expected in a field-based role across multiple sites.
