This is a full-time, on-site Finance Manager role based in Wynne, AR. The Finance Manager will oversee the dealership's finance and insurance (F&I) operations, including preparing and finalizing all finance and lease contracts, securing financing approvals, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and lender requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include presenting financing and protection options to customers, explaining terms clearly, and guiding them through the documentation process in a transparent manner.
The role also involves working closely with sales teams to structure deals, maintaining strong relationships with lending institutions, monitoring deal profitability, and keeping accurate records. The Finance Manager is expected to support a customer-focused environment while safeguarding the financial and ethical standards of the dealership.
- Demonstrated experience in automotive finance or dealership F&I operations, including structuring deals and finalizing contracts.
- Strong knowledge of lending practices, credit evaluation, and compliance with state and federal finance regulations.
- Proficiency with dealership management systems, finance software, and basic office tools (e.g., spreadsheets and word processing).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to explain complex financial products in clear, accessible terms.
- Proven ability to collaborate with sales teams, manage multiple tasks, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related field preferred; relevant dealership or F&I certifications are a plus.
- Previous experience in automotive retail, banking, or credit services is highly beneficial.
