Description
Summary:
The Activities Coordinator is responsible for guest activities, daily administrative work, and bookkeeping. The activities coordinator works closely with all departments to create unforgettable experiences for guests.
- Coordinate and manage the activities for all guests from the pre‑arrival stage through to the end of their stay.
- Be available to guests at the Activities Desk in the Outfitter’s Barn to provide friendly and helpful service throughout the day, which includes adjusting schedules, answering questions, and liaising with guides.
- Provide clear communication within the activities, as well as with other departments, to ensure seamless operation and guest satisfaction.
- Perform daily administrative work, including activity incidental sales reconciliations, activity tracking, and nightly team emails.
- Require transportation to multiple ranch venues and operate ranch vehicles or serve as a ranger.
- Strong multi‑tasking skills

- Must have a valid driver’s license
