Administrative Coordinator

Risant Health, a nonprofit affiliate of Kaiser Foundation Hospitals, is transforming healthcare by accelerating the adoption of value-based care across community health systems. Headquartered in the Washington, DC area, Risant Health partners with nonprofit, community-based systems—starting with Geisinger—to expand access to care that prioritizes health outcomes and affordability.

Backed by nearly 80 years of Kaiser Permanente's value-based care expertise, Risant Health operates independently to support its portfolio of health systems with shared resources, strategic guidance, and operational support—while preserving their community roots.

The administrative team at Risant Health supports executives and teams by keeping daily operations running smoothly and helping coordinate key projects. They handle logistics, manage important tasks, and contribute to achieving company goals through organized and efficient support.

The Administrative Coordinator serves as the central scheduling point of contact and tracker for Risant Health integration work as new organizations are onboarded. This role coordinates scheduling across all integration teams and incoming organizations, maintains master trackers and calendars, and ensures meetings, milestones, and cross-team dependencies are organized, visible, and moving forward. The role partners closely with the Leader of Integration Management & Performance, Chief of Staff, Administrative Lead, and Executive Assistants to keep integration activity coordinated across the enterprise.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the central scheduling point of contact for Risant Health integration work, owning end-to-end scheduling coordination across all integration and associated functional teams and incoming organizations as new organizations are onboarded, including resolving conflicting priorities and aligning calendars across multiple stakeholders and time zones. Maintain exceptional accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring scheduling information, participant lists, and meeting logistics are complete, current, and error-free with minimal oversight.
  • Build and maintain master trackers for integration meetings, milestones, requests, and cross-team dependencies to ensure timely visibility and follow-through. Conduct routine reviews of schedules and tracking tools to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and risks before they impact integration activities.
  • Partner with the Leader of Integration Management & Performance, Chief of Staff, Administrative Lead, and Executive Assistants to report status, proactively surface risks, and keep integration scheduling aligned with enterprise priorities.
  • Manage meeting setup, logistics, and related communications for integration sessions, including agendas, invites, and follow-up tracking. Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure participants complete required regulatory and organizational training or prerequisites in advance of relevant meetings and activities.
  • Provide backfill and central scheduling support for the broader administrative and EA team outside of integration work, including coverage for core scheduling and calendar needs during peak periods and absences.

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma.
  • Five (5) years of progressively complex scheduling experience in a corporate environment with some general administrative experience.
  • Technical Proficiency:
Skilled in calendar management tools, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), and virtual meeting platforms like Microsoft Teams, with a strong understanding of video conferencing etiquette.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Some college coursework, an Associate's degree, or additional relevant education or training.

Compensation and Benefits:
The projected base salary for this position ranges from $76,000.00 - $91,200.00 depending on experience and qualifications. This role is also eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, including wellness programs, retirement savings, and relocation support as applicable.
