Opera is seeking a Private Client Administrator to manage a portfolio of clients with oversight from the team manager. You will liaise with clients and third parties, keep accurate records, including bookkeeping and statutory, and pro-actively resolve tasks.
Key responsibilities include day-to-day administration, filing, minutes, distributions, reconciliations, annual accounts, billing reviews, and CDD compliance. Prior offshore trust experience is preferred and STEP/ICSA training is encouraged.
