Custom Auto & Truck is looking for a driven, energetic individual to train into the lead estimating role for our collision repair division. This is a long-term growth position for someone who wants to learn from experienced industry professionals and step into a leadership role in a growing, respected shop.

• Learn full collision repair estimating
• Write and manage repair estimates
• Work directly with customers and insurance partners
• Assist with production flow
• Help manage shop scheduling
• Order and manage parts
• Coordinate repairs from intake to delivery
• Support shop efficiency and workflow
• Take over estimating operations for the collision side of the business
