Estimator Trainee – Collision Repair

Custom Auto & Truck is looking for a driven, energetic individual to train into the lead estimating role for our collision repair division. This is a long-term growth position for someone who wants to learn from experienced industry professionals and step into a leadership role in a growing, respected shop.
This is not just a desk job — it’s a hands‑on, high‑impact role in the heart of our collision operation.
What You’ll Be Training To Do- Learn full collision repair estimating
- Write and manage repair estimates
- Work directly with customers and insurance partners
- Assist with production flow
- Help manage shop scheduling
- Order and manage parts
- Coordinate repairs from intake to delivery
- Support shop efficiency and workflow
- Take over estimating operations for the collision side of the business
- Energetic and motivated

Experience in automotive, service advising, collision repair, or estimating is a plus — but not required for the right person. We are willing to train the right candidate.
