About the Position

As a General Tire & Lube Technician
, you’ll handle essential maintenance services that keep customer vehicles safe and running smoothly. You’ll be part of a professional, high‑performing team that values accuracy, safety, and strong customer service.

Schedule: Monday–Friday (No Weekends)

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform tire rotations, installations, repairs, and balancing
  • Complete oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid services
  • Conduct basic vehicle inspections to identify maintenance needs or safety concerns
  • Assist with wheel alignments and verify proper handling and tire wear
  • Maintain accurate service records, including parts used and time spent
  • Provide friendly, helpful service when assisting customers with tire or maintenance questions
  • Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area
What We’re Looking For
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience as a Tire & Lube Technician (preferred but not required)
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to safely operate shop tools and equipment
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good time‑management and ability to work efficiently
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
