As a General Tire & Lube Technician
, you’ll handle essential maintenance services that keep customer vehicles safe and running smoothly. You’ll be part of a professional, high‑performing team that values accuracy, safety, and strong customer service.
Schedule: Monday–Friday (No Weekends)
Key Responsibilities- Perform tire rotations, installations, repairs, and balancing
- Complete oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid services
- Conduct basic vehicle inspections to identify maintenance needs or safety concerns
- Assist with wheel alignments and verify proper handling and tire wear
- Maintain accurate service records, including parts used and time spent
- Provide friendly, helpful service when assisting customers with tire or maintenance questions
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a Tire & Lube Technician (preferred but not required)
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to safely operate shop tools and equipment
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good time‑management and ability to work efficiently
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
