The States of Guernsey are seeking to recruit a Senior Business Analyst to join the Change Resource Team in Portfolio Delivery on a 2-year fixed term contract.
The Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for the analysis of user and business needs for complex programmes and projects. As a senior member of the Business Analysis team, you will lead complex analysis engagements, mentor team members, and collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation. The role involves the methodical investigation, analysis, review and documentation of all or part of a business in terms of business needs, functions and processes and the information and the data on which the information is based.
The role will be based within the Change Resource Team – a community of Programme and Project delivery professionals, within the States of Guernsey's Delivery Portfolio.
