Assistant Construction Materials Testing Field Technician – Kemmerer, Wyoming
WSP is currently seeking an Assistant Construction Materials Testing Field Technician to support a long‑term construction project near Kemmerer, Wyoming
. The position includes a per diem.
- Perform density testing of soils
- Sample and test concrete in the field and laboratory
- Analyze or calculate data to verify accuracy, applicability, and reasonableness of test results
- Monitor work procedures for compliance with project specifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of related experience on a variety of complex projects (preferred)
- Certification(s) may include ICC soils, ACI concrete, ICC concrete reinforcing steel, and ICC masonry
- Valid Driver’s License
- Reliability and punctuality at scheduled project sites
- Ability to prepare reports and documentation
- Travel and overtime availability as required
- Work in variable outdoor conditions
- Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Must pass drug test, physical exam, background check, and meet company driving policy (satisfactory MVR)
