Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise field crews on construction projects involving piping, structural steel, and mechanical scopes.
  • Plan and execute daily work activities in alignment with project schedules and safety requirements.
  • Read, interpret, and layout work from construction drawings, specifications, and blueprints.
  • Coordinate labor, equipment, and materials to maintain productivity and quality standards.
  • Enforce all company and client safety policies, setting the example for safe work practices.
  • Communicate effectively with project management, field supervision, and crew members.
  • Maintain quality control and ensure work is completed to project specifications.
  • Support mobilization, demobilization, and site coordination efforts.
  • Assist other Tricon branches or project sites when required.
What We Are Looking For
  • 4–6 years of construction‑related experience with piping, structural steel, and mechanical installation.
  • Proven experience leading crews on construction jobsites.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and jobsite logistics.
  • Ability to read drawings and perform accurate jobsite layouts.
  • Dependable, hardworking, and safety‑conscious.
  • High attention to detail and pride in quality craftsmanship.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and lead by example.
  • Willingness to work overtime, including weekends, as project schedules require.
  • Willingness to travel for extended periods and support construction projects at various locations.
  • Ability to pass pre‑employment screenings.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean 5‑year driving record.
  • Class A or B CDL is but not required.

Hourly Rate: $28.00–33.00 Per Hour DOE.
