Mechanical Foreman

- Lead and supervise field crews on construction projects involving piping, structural steel, and mechanical scopes.
- Plan and execute daily work activities in alignment with project schedules and safety requirements.
- Read, interpret, and layout work from construction drawings, specifications, and blueprints.
- Coordinate labor, equipment, and materials to maintain productivity and quality standards.
- Enforce all company and client safety policies, setting the example for safe work practices.
- Communicate effectively with project management, field supervision, and crew members.
- Maintain quality control and ensure work is completed to project specifications.
- Support mobilization, demobilization, and site coordination efforts.
- Assist other Tricon branches or project sites when required.
- 4–6 years of construction‑related experience with piping, structural steel, and mechanical installation.
- Proven experience leading crews on construction jobsites.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and jobsite logistics.
- Ability to read drawings and perform accurate jobsite layouts.
- Dependable, hardworking, and safety‑conscious.
- High attention to detail and pride in quality craftsmanship.
- Ability to communicate clearly and lead by example.
- Willingness to work overtime, including weekends, as project schedules require.
- Willingness to travel for extended periods and support construction projects at various locations.
- Ability to pass pre‑employment screenings.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean 5‑year driving record.
- Class A or B CDL is but not required.
Hourly Rate: $28.00–33.00 Per Hour DOE.
