POSITION SUMMARY: The Civil Superintendent plays a critical leadership and subject matter expert role in the engineering, procurement, and construction in regard to civil components of an industrial construction project. The position may assist with but not limited to: working with engineering in construction planning and engineering, working with procurement to ensure proper equipment, material are sourced and have the expected quality, work with construction planning in developing the schedule, construction plan, and advance work packages, and oversee all or a scope of civil construction activity.
The position may manager a large civil workforce with supporting staff; and have budgetary responsibilities for that department.
