Associate Dentist

The Associate Dentist provides comprehensive dental services to a diverse patient base across our community. The role involves diagnosing, treating, and preventing dental issues for patients primarily aged 3 to 21, with up to 30% adult population, while collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team.

• Provide preventive, restorative, and orthodontic care to pediatric and adult patients.
• Maintain accurate patient records using Denta Pro software.
• Perform diagnostic imaging with digital x‑ray and panorex units.
• Operate fiber‑optic handpieces and ensure proper use of infection control protocols.
• Participate in yearly OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training.
• Attend morning huddles, plan daily patient schedule, and communicate with team members.

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental education program.
• Current, valid dental license in the state(s) of practice or eligibility to obtain one.
• CPR and DEA certification.
• State‑specific nitrous oxide certification (LA, MS, DC, TX, MA).
• Compassionate attitude and strong desire to serve children and adults.
• Strong teamwork, mutual respect, and cooperation skills.

• Guaranteed base pay in excess of $200,000 with uncapped earning potential.
