Overview

Jouni Ojala is a senior consultant and human-centered design (HCD) strategist in Finland. He works on solutions for the public sector, applying a strategic design mindset to help clients deliver optimal user experiences.

• Lead design strategy and development for government and public-sector applications within a team that supports an application platform for the public sector.

• Experience as a UX designer and progression to design lead and HCD strategist, with a focus on government or public-sector product design.
• Ability to build internal design processes and promote design thinking across teams.
• Proven ability to teach design thinking, facilitate collaboration, and advocate for co-design and design systems.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and leadership skills with experience in driving strategic design initiatives.
