Overview
Hospital‐owned OB/GYN practice expansion opportunity located 20 miles from downtown Indianapolis. The selected physician will be an employee of the hospital under a three‑year contract and will become the fourth member of a group of three board certified OB/GYN physicians. Call rotation is 1:4.
QualificationsBoard certified in OB/GYN and an ACOG member.
Compensation and BenefitsBase salary of $235,000 guaranteed in years1 and2, with total compensation ranging from $325,000 to $330,000 annually. Includes hospital‑paid malpractice insurance, health, life and disability insurance, CME coverage, and an incentive bonus system. The physician receives 20 vacation days, 6 paid holidays, 5 CME days, and access to 403(b) and 457 retirement plans with a 1.5% hospital match when the physician contributes 3% or more.
