General Surgery Opportunity - Indiana
Practice in a rural type setting in Indiana, just 75 minutes away from two large metro areas. Board‑eligible/Certified General Surgeon will work with a partner Surgeon to perform bread‑and‑butter surgery. The surgeon will also perform endoscopies and colonoscopies. Clinic work is three days per week and surgery is two days per week, with an average of 8–12 cases per week. Call is 1:2 with light duties on average.
All primary‑care and most specialty physicians are employed by the hospital. The clinic is inside the hospital, ensuring quick access to inpatients and the emergency department. Imaging and laboratory services are available 24/7. A hospitalist program is available for consult on any surgical patient.
