We have been given a beautiful opportunity to support young children's very first experience with school. The work in the early childhood classroom sets the tone for a child's lifelong educational success.

• Current Child Development Associate (CDA) credential required, or ability to obtain the credential within one (1) year of hire date (or an Associate/Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field).
• Active enrollment in the Wyoming STARS Registry (or willingness to register), or appropriate PTSB training.
• Maintenance of current Infant/Child CPR and First Aid certifications.
• Must pass mandatory criminal justice fingerprinting, background checks, and Central Registry clearances.
• Deep awareness of, or direct experience applying, the Wyoming Early Learning Standards and Wyoming's Coherent Path to Quality framework.
• Solid understanding and application of the Wyoming Department of Family Services (DFS) Child Care Center Licensing Rules.
• Proven experience leading a full-day classroom for children ages 3–5 preferred.
• High emotional intelligence, strong collaborative spirit, and a deep well of patience, grace, and perseverance for both children and peers.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality in matters of student, parent, and staff information.

10‑Month Position:
August–May Benefitted Position. Rate of Pay: $23.00–$27.42 depending on experience
