- Applicants must be a Nigerian citizen or any nationality.
- Applicants must be graduates.
- Applicants must have graduated from a university or Polytechnic in Nigeria.
- Comprehensive On‑boarding Programme exposing you to all areas of the organisation.
- Two‑ to five‑year development programme with two or three rotations that combine on‑job learning with formal training.
- Hands‑on roles and opportunities to familiarize yourself with Shell’s values.
1. Online Assessment – Complete three online assessments within 10 days of receiving them (approx. 40 minutes).
2. Final Assessment – Face‑to‑face session with two Shell professionals where you discuss a case study, reviewed 48 hours prior.
