Mars Hill Academy is seeking an Assistant Headmaster to join its senior leadership team beginning in the 2027‑28 school year. This unique opportunity offers the chance to help shape the future of one of the nation’s leading classical Christian schools while serving alongside an experienced Headmaster, a dedicated faculty, and a thriving community of students and families.

Located in Mason, Ohio, Mars Hill Academy is an ACCS-accredited Pre‑K through 12 school serving approximately 350 students from across the Greater Cincinnati region. For 30 years, Mars Hill has been committed to providing a distinctly classical and Christian education that cultivates wisdom, virtue, and a lifelong love of learning. The school is recognized for both academic excellence and faithful Christian formation, including ranking first in the nation on the Classic Learning Test for five consecutive years and being named Greater Cincinnati’s top Christian school in 2026.

The Assistant Headmaster will play a significant role in advancing the mission and vision of the school through leadership, administration, faculty support, and strategic planning, while also providing oversight of Mars Hill’s athletic programs. The ideal candidate will be a mature Christian leader who is passionate about classical Christian education, gifted in building relationships, and committed to developing students, faculty, coaches, and families for the glory of God.
