• High school diploma or GED required
• Technical, vocational, or associate degree in Process Technology, Industrial Technology, or related field preferred
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
• Ability to obtain and maintain required operator qualifications and certifications
• 1-3 years of oil and gas, pipeline, plant operations, or related industrial experience preferred
• Basic understanding of process operations, mechanical systems, or industrial equipment
• Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, holidays, and overtime as required
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
