EMC Compliance Technician Mountain View, CA Onsite
Type: FTE
Responsibilities- Support EMC Test Environment
- Support testing efforts under international EMC standards (EN 55032, EN 55035, FCC Part 15 Subpart B, VCCI‑CISPR 32, etc) pertaining to a broad range of consumer electronics products.
- Define EMC test plans for various types of consumer electronics products (smart phones, smart home devices, wearable devices, etc.) and execute test plans.
- Perform / manage necessary lab equipment and test equipment calibration.
- Deliver proficiency in soldering and desoldering SMD and through‑hole components on high‑complexity boards.
- Complete testing with reliable test data and generate test reports per test plan per defined schedule.
- Close bugs filed in Buganizer.
- Finalize test reports and verified test summaries from external partners.
