Requirements
Must have- 6–10+ years of experience in RAN engineering/operations supporting live LTE/5G production networks
- Extensive knowledge of vRAN / ORAN and containerized network functions using Kubernetes (GCP preferred)
- Experience applying Machine Learning for wireless network optimization (predictive analytics)
- Comprehensive understanding of NAS/AS layers, RRC state machines, and protocol analysis (Wireshark/PCAP) at S1-U and Uu interfaces
- Proficient in Linux, GCP, and automation tools (Python, Ansible)
- Background in 3
GPP Control Plane Cellular IoT, SCEF, and exposure to IoT testing
Responsibilities
- Design, analyze, and troubleshoot complex RAN systems to ensure peak performance and reliability
- Collaborate with team members to optimize network functionality and service delivery
- Implement advanced signal processing techniques and system design methodologies
- Utilize automation tools to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency
- Conduct thorough protocol analyses and diagnostics to address network issues
