Role

As a key player in our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, reduce cost, ensure product quality, and promote safety. This role collaborates closely with cross-functional teams—including design engineering, quality, maintenance, and operations—to support new product introductions, stabilize processes, and lead continuous improvement initiatives. You’ll also serve as a technical resource, supporting existing products and resolving process-related issues.

What You’ll Do
  • Keep our engineering documentation running smoothly by maintaining and improving product engineering standards and manufacturing BOMs—ensuring everything stays accurate, consistent, and up to date.
  • Build and refine the processes that keep our plant moving, including developing, preparing, and maintaining manufacturing process routings.
  • Continuously enhance how we manufacture our products by applying your knowledge of design, materials, tooling, equipment, and quality standards to evaluate and improve production methods.
  • Champion our lean mindset by identifying ways to boost product quality, reduce cost, shorten cycle times, and strengthen overall reliability - always seeking better, smarter ways to work.
  • Recommend thoughtful design and tooling improvements that help us maintain efficient, effective production methods.
  • Use data and statistical insights to help estimate future manufacturing needs and support planning for growth and demand.
  • Help shape our workspace for success by analyzing workforce utilization, space needs, and workflow - and by supporting layouts that create safe, efficient, and effective working environments.
  • Support accurate work standards by developing and maintaining records for setup and run times across all manufacturing processes.
  • Partner closely with Operations to provide technical expertise for plant layout decisions, equipment purchases or upgrades, and feasibility studies that guide smarter long‑term investments.
