Manufacturing Engineering ManagerWe are partnering with a contract manufacturer to identify a Manufacturing Engineering Manager to join their team in the Midwest

To be considered for an interview, the following experience/skills are desired:
- 5-7+ years engineering management leading & mentoring cross-functional Engineering teams (4-5 Engineers) on projects for entire new tooling & product launches from design to releases into production, capital projects, and other projects within a fast-paced environment
- Must have full knowledge of injection molding machines, tooling, and processes with preference to working with LSR-Liquid Silicone Rubber
- Experience molding 13485 Clean Room Medical/Surgical products is highly preferred but will consider other highly regulated Clean Room environments
- Preference to having either a Process Engineering or Tooling Engineering background with hands-on knowledge of process & tooling development, robots/automation
- Working knowledge of Lean principles, Value Stream implementations, and Validation (IQ/OQ/PQ) procedures
- Understanding of all programs & systems including Maintenance CMMS, PMs, OSHA/Safety, and Quality guidelines
