Customer Service Rep
Description
These shifts are after school and evening closing. The clerk is responsible for confirming that patrons are checked in and directing them to where they need to go if they are participating in a program/activity. Additional duties during this time of the day include making change, assisting with vending, assisting children with calling home, checking out equipment, monitoring the lobby, and rule enforcement.
QualificationsMust be at least 18 years or older. Adult/Child CPR/First Aid certification required within 3 months of hire. Preferred experience includes customer service, clerical or receptionist, and the ability to learn new computer programs.
TermsStarts at $17/hour. 15-17 hours per week. Shifts will include morning opening shifts and 1-2 Saturdays per month with occasional fill-in for other shifts.
